Our privately owned Technology recruitment client are looking to appoint an experienced IT Contract Recruitment Manager to join their growing recruitment business. As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate a depth of experience in the IT Recruitment industry with particular emphasis on growing / building an IT Contract recruitment division.

This role requires an individual to lead from the front in a hands of capacity, managing a team of 6 IT Contract recruitment consultants who focus on new business development within the IT & Telecoms recruitment sectors. The division is looking to expand to 20 people throughout 2010 and will need somebody who is capable of managing a team of this size.

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate a successful track record in the following:-
• Expertise in IT Contract Recruitment
• Strong leaderships skills
• Hands on approach
• New Business background
• Can do attitude 

Our clients are willing to offer a basic salary up to £60,000 for the right individual, with an OTE £100,000 Plus. In addition equity / share options are available. This is an urgent requirement for a February 2010 start.
