Job description: Title: Risk Recruitment Consultant
Location: London (EC1)
Salary: £28,000 plus competitive commission
An International specialist recruitment agency based in the city (EC1) has been growing continuously since its creation in 2001. They are looking to further develop their present Risk space with the appointment of an experienced Risk Consultant. The role will be to continue to develop and grow all aspects of their Risk desk.
As their ideal candidate you must have extensive experience of recruiting within the financial services/banking sector, risk experience into any sector would also be highly preferable. Lead generation, relationship building and closing business experience are essential as well as the ability to track talent and headhunt. You must have a proven track record of nurturing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates.
Professional and articulate with strong relationship building skills, customer facing, attention to detail, outgoing personality, a natural communicator, excellent interpersonal skills, good time management, ability to multitask, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, a team player and a self starter.
