An established and well respected name in the recruitment industry is currently seeking to recruit an experienced IT Contract recruiter to take on a Management role within the business.
The role
Managing a small team initially, you will be responsible for putting a strategy in place to increase contract revenue for the business with a global remit. You will have budget to hire additional staff from day one with the infrastructure in place to support contract number expansion.
Naturally you will be leading from the front with your approach and will be required to contribute to the team revenue, as the team grows it is likely that you will move away from personal billings, concentrating more on team management and development.
You will hold full P&L responsibility and will agree strategic direction and targets with the Managing Director and will play a key role in the development of the business.
The person
A highly experienced Contract recruiter, you are likely to be at team Management level or higher with an impressive track record of success within the industry.
You are very hands on in your approach and enjoy developing business and building relationships with key accounts. You are able to motivate your team and can manage targets and personal development, as well as planning at a strategic level.
The package
You will receive a very competitive basic salary, plus personal commission and team bonus. On top of this you will also receive a car allowance plus additional benefits including Pension contribution, healthcare, income protection etc.
