£18 - £20k basic – OTE £30k Yr 1
Incredibly successful IT recruitment company is looking for ambitious and passionate consultant to join their innovative and rapidly expanding business.
Recruitment consultancy is a fast paced and demanding profession that requires high levels of motivation and determination.
You will be responsible for building new business contacts as well as scheduling and attending business meetings throughout the UK with some of the country’s top companies. You will also be responsible for managing both candidates and clients through the interview and assessment process.
Consultants are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, developing their own business and client base. Successful consultants will be given the chance to manage and lead their own teams, with full training and support provided at all stages of your career.
On offer is a generous financial package including an industry leading uncapped commission scheme
Previous recruitment experience in any sector is absolutely ideal, however if you have worked in B2B sales and have an understanding of structured sales process then we want to hear from you.
A full training and development plan will be personally tailored to you and will involve one to one ‘on the job’ sessions. You will be personally mentored by a leading recruiter in the business and will become a specialist in a specific niche market within IT.
