Since its inception only 3 years ago, this IT recruitment business has gone from strength to strength and now boasts an enviable portfolio of blue chip clients throughout the UK.
From their modern offices in Milton Keynes the team of experienced Consultants provide Permanent recruitment services across the spectrum of Technology including Infrastructure, Development, Project Management and Business Analysis, to a variety of businesses from small start ups through to multinational corporations.
The business has recorded year on year increases in turnover despite difficult market conditions and the Management team has now decided it is an opportune time to exploit the Contract market further and is looking to secure the services of an experienced Contract IT recruiter.
Working alongside the management team, you will be required to develop a strategy for the successful implementation and management of the contract business. This is likely to include leveraging existing relationships on the permanent side, identifying target markets for new business development, implementing a contractor management and care programme and building a contract team moving forward.
To be considered for this role, candidates will need to demonstrate a successful background in contract recruitment having recently worked as a 360 Consultant or Billing Team Leader/Manager. Although experience within the IT field is highly desirable, it is not essential as long as you have experience within Mid-Senior level Temp/Contract recruitment within Professional Services.
