Job description:

A specialist IT recruitment consultancy, covering all areas of contract and permanent IT recruitment are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to join their established branch in the Surrey area. Your main role will be to support the senior consultants in the branch and the duties will be as follows:

-To identify sales opportunities for the team through building candidate relationships and generating leads
-Build influential candidate relationships daily and maintain regular contact throughout the recruitment life cycle via weekly contact calls
-Database search
-Networking / referrals / lead generation
-Resourcing of candidates
-Publication of relevant advertising on Internet job boards
-Conducting candidate interviews
-To manage any advertising responses and give feedback to unsuccessful candidates

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication together with a pro-active approach. The ability to use Internet job boards and knowledge of the recruitment industry is preferred.
