Job description:

My client is a privately owned, highly reputable and well established Executive Search firm, based in the heart of the City of London. Established over 12 years ago, their core market is Banking & Financial Services covering mandates across front and middle office, with salaries of between £80k and £250k

As a business they currently employ over 30 staff with an impressive portfolio of clients and a number of new mandates requiring work.

They are now looking to expand their team further  and are in the market for experienced recruiters who are able to demonstrate exposure to Banking & Financial Services recruitment, with experience in Senior level appointments.

To be considered for this role you DO NOT need to offer any experience in Retained assignments, my client is more than willing to review applications from Contingency based recruiters who can demonstrate the above experience and who are looking to take a step into retained Search.

In return my client is offering the following:

• Basic from £40k upwards
• Commission up to 60%
