The Company

Our client is a privately owned, specialist IT boutique consultancy who has been established for nearly 10 years and has an enviable reputation for delivery of skilled IT professionals in their market.  They have a strong client base and have grown in both turnover and profit every year since inception.  

The Role

Due to their continued success they are now looking for an experienced Consultant to join them to fill both permanent and contract IT roles.  Due to the ethos of the company you must be able to succeed in an environment where you have complete autonomy over your desk as you will be left to work to your strengths. You have to be self-motivated as this company encourages their consultants to manage their own time and are given the responsibility and accountability to make their own decisions.

Person Specification

As their ideal candidate you must have solid experience of recruiting into the IT sector.  You have to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be motivated to hit targets as well as enjoying a good work/life balance.  It is essential to be a sales focused individual as this company provide not only a very competitive commission structure, but monthly, quarterly and yearly sales awards and incentive trips. 

Basic and Benefits

Depending on experience this client is offering a basic salary of up to £35k with a realistic OTE of £80k, car allowance, Pension Contribution, Health Cover, Income Protection, Life Assurance, 25 days holiday.
