The Company

Our city-based client are a specialist accountancy and finance consultancy who have been established for nearly 30 years  and have an enviable reputation for delivery of skilled accountancy professionals in their market.  Their recruitment team in London covers the UK and Europe and have a strong track record of also placing highly skilled professional into accountancy jobs across the globe to include Asia, New York and Australia.

The Role

Due to a substantial increase in market demands they have created an immediate requirements for an experienced accountancy recruitment Resourcers to work within their delivery team.  Please be advised this is not a sales roles, this is a delivery role.  All candidates can expect to place in the region of 3 – 4 perm jobs a month on average, subject to previous experience in the market. 

Person Specification

As their ideal candidate you must have experience of recruiting into the accountancy sector.  What is critical is the motivation to succeed in a fast paced delivery environment.  Degree education would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.  In addition strong networking skills, knowledge of social networks such as LinkedIn and Xing, capabilities to headhunt and experience of accountancy recruitment.

Basic and Benefits

These are urgent requirements and offer a one stage recruitment process.  Basic of up to £24k + commission (each deal can be worth between £100 - £500).
