My client has an unrivalled reputation for quality and service delivery and operate extremely succesfully in the Financial Services Recruitment industry.

They boast an impressive portfolio of long standing clients and PSL positions and are able to deliver efficiently across a number of key areas within the FS market.

The Investment Banking team is currently sitting at 5 people and have embedded themselves well within the space, they include a mixture of Junior and more Senior and experienced Consultants and focus predominantly on Permanent positions.

The Head of Investment Banking will be responsible for the direct management of the team with a remit to double in size by the end of the year and again into next year.  

Candidates will naturally be required to demonstrate an impressive background in Financial Services recruitment with experience in Team Management and the ability to manage and develop key accounts as well as secure new business when needed.
