Job description:

IT Recruiter (to be re-trained) - £19-24k

Minimum of 12 months recruitment experience – ideally working with senior level candidates (IT, Accounting, Engineering, Pharma etc – NOT from Sales or HR)
No ‘high street’ recruiters – they need to have real gravitas.

Must be New Business focussed (as my client are not interested in Resourcers or Account Managers)

Will work with either Finance Systems & BI desk or Oracle & Siebel desk
Contract or Perm

*** For experienced recruiters – My client may consider increasing the salary after 6 or 12 months if they hit specific deal targets ***

*** They will pay a flat 25% commission on all business written in months 1-3 of employment ***

*** They will pay a flat 20% commission on all business written in months 4-6 of employment ***
