Job description:

Due to increased business demands our privately owned Recruitment Client are looking to employee a trainee Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. The role will involve you working alongside and supporting two lead Recruitment Consultants who work with clients on Permanent, Contract and Temporary recruitment roles. The ideal profile described by my client is for someone who demonstrates a natural sales ability / attitude and the passion to build a career in the Recruitment industry long term. Our clients are very flexible on your background and will consider someone from areas like Estate Agency, Advertising Sales, Telesales B2B and B2C etc. You’ll need to be articulate, customer and possess a good telephone manner.
