Contracts Manager

Up to £60, 000 basic + £six figure OTE based on team override + benefits + stock

Team of 7 currently, with 3 due to join soon
Circa 70 runners out, need to grow to 150-200 ASAP ready for trade sale in 3 years
Probably been a big contract biller yourself
Minimum 3 years management experience
Managing 10-20 contract consultants currently
Will have 100+ contractors out on sit with clients
Used to managing different personalities
Motivate, manage, develop, train
Complete autonomy: full P&L, hire and fire
Report directly to new MD
Won't carry individual target, but will manage my clients biggest account
Lead from front attend client meeting, be involved in big pitches
Company focus in TMT and SAP
