Recruitment Consultants - Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Recruitment 

Working within my clients highly successful Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Recruitment Division, you will be responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships. Most of your work will be telephone based, with occasional face to face meetings, so you must have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies, both interpersonally and over the telephone. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with their extensive candidate and client database which has been developed over recent  years. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs, organising interviews and managing your own advertising.

This is a new business Recruitment sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude alongside excellent communication skills to deal with the top decision makers throughout the UK and Europe. This fast paced and challenging environment that demands that candidates to be assertive, independent and able to work under their own initiative. A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential as is the ability to influence and motivate others. You will ideally possess a minimum of 12 months Pharmaceutical recruitment experience and a demonstrable history of success in achieving and exceeding targets.
