My Executive Search client are looking for a high calibre Researcher to join their well
established team. As a business they cover Sales and Marketing, IT, HR, Supply Chain and Financial (Front Office and Banking) on a 100% retained basis. The team have no hierarchical olitics and the Researcher is encouraged to be actively involved in the entire recruitment process, particularly in dealing directly with the client. You will not be sat in a corner shuffling CV’s! They work strongly to their core values which are Humour, humanity, honesty and humility. The emphasis on this role is on the right cultural fit. You must be extremely articulate, professional and driven in the Exec Search market and you must be degree educated. They will consider those who want to get into Exec Search, but you need to be consultative in your current approach to recruitment. Salaries are fantastic, paying £25k+ for the right individual.
