Due to business growth my successful blue-chip IT Recruitment client are looking to appoint a highly experienced IT Contract Sales Manager to join their growing business. As the ideal person you will have preferably come from an IT Contract Recruitment background and naturally progressed through the ranks to a senior level to become a strong manager / leader. The role my clients require someone to fulfill is to build a new IT Contract Recruitment Team who will target clients solely on the UK Technology markets. They have immediate headcount for the IT Contract Manager to recruit a team of 6 IT Contract Recruiters, in addition to this they could also transfer 3 existing experienced IT Contract recruiters from another internal team. This role could either be a billing or non billing management role and requires someone with a depth of experience in IT Contract Recruitment experience, coupled with strong man management and client engagement.
