Job description:
Our client are a leading provider of permanent and interim recruitment services who focus on clinical, medical and regulatory functions of life science businesses across UK and Europe. Due to growth they are looking to bring on board a number of Junior / Trainee recruitment consultants to join their team.
They have established relationships with a large portfolio of candidates internationally, providing a truly global resource for life science businesses that are looking to recruit experienced medical, clinical and regulatory professionals.
This position could suit a recent graduate or someone from a sales background that is looking to make a fresh start within a new industry with different challenges. In return you will be given an extensive 12 month training and development program from day one with the business, a competitive salary and commission structure, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and as an added extra your birthday every year, on top of this your holiday will also raise by 1 day per year up 5 years of service. Once you have completed the training and development program you will then qualify for Private healthcare, car allowance and gym allowance.
