Job description:
A New Business IT Recruitment Consultant is required to join a driven, results focused and highly successful recruitment team.
A leading IT Recruitment Consultancy who source skilled technical professionals for leading organisations, including established technology leaders, innovative start-ups, banks and consultancies.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively interview and assess candidates
* Pro-actively search and identify skilled candidates
* Analyse and match client / candidate requirements
* Make interview arrangements
* Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates
Candidate requirements:
* Proven successful track record in sales, account management within recruitment
* Highly competitive, self-motivated and driven by success
* Naturally bright, articulate and confident
* Motivated and passionate about delivering a quality service to your clients
As an IT Recruitment Consultant you will undergo a comprehensive training program focusing on developing the core consulting skills.
