My client's contract division has been established since 2004 has been focusing on delivering high quality change management professionals into the banking industry. The roles and candidates they represent will typically be within projects teams that are sat in a bank’s risk, finance or operations businesses units and will face off to IT. In light of the ever expanding Contract business, they are looking to recruit a motivated individual to focus on their key PSL accounts whilst recruiting and responding to existing roles within key clients. The role of a Delivery Consultant is demanding and a highly rewarding customer focused sales role. You will be joining a fast paced team who currently deliver to some of the major financial players in the financial sector. This role has scope to progress quickly to Senior Consultant level and all the rewards commensurate with this.
This is a HOT desk! Top billing desk in the company working along side the Top biller. This role will fit within Contract Finance Change into Banking.
•The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years recruitment experience.
•Experience working within a Professional sector is preferable i.e. Finance, Marketing, Sales, preferably financial service / banking.
•A proven Account Manager / Delivery Consultant (who has the ability to develop new business if required), who thrives on generating new opportunities, closing business and being rewarded generously for it.
•Experience of introducing and developing new business via extensive lead generation with a view to building up your own portfolio of Clients. Generating leads, building relationships and closing business with blue chip clients and SME's.
•Ideally have an appreciation of the financial markets.
•Customer facing, attention to detail, outgoing personality, a natural communicator, excellent interpersonal skills, good time management, ability to multitask, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, a team player, self starter, resilient, professional and articulate with strong relationship building skills
